SGS Consumer Testing Services (CTS) provides support to retailers, importers and manufacturers throughout the retail supply chain and throughout the product life cycle.

With consumer expectations and product safety requirements becoming ever more complex, SGS CTS can provide the support necessary to ensure the delivery of safe, compliant product.  These services include testing, product inspection, process assessment and technical assistance, available throughout the SGS international network.

Mostly delivered on an in-company basis, our courses ensure focus and confidentiality to our clients and are designed for our clients from scratch.  Many can also be tailored to include live demonstrations at our Bradford and Durham testing facilities. We have also pioneered the use of our new e-learning tool to deliver global programmes in the most cost-effective way.

Total Safety Management Programme
SGS CTS has recently launched the “Total Safety Management Programme”, a new approach to ensuring product safety from concept to delivery and disposal.
