Profile Participants should be familiar with the ISO 9001: 2000 Standard and their organisation’s QMS. Workshops during this one-day course will provide an understanding of the Charter Mark criteria, how to relate the criteria to existing QMS systems, identify groups within the current procedures and submit an application for Charter Mark. It is expected that participants will continue to use their exercises to facilitate Charter Mark implementation in their own organisation.
