Lean Six Sigma Champion Training

SGS has designed Lean Six Sigma Champion Training to enable management and professionals to learn more about Lean Six Sigma and to become capable of planning and sponsoring continuous improvement projects. Our training provides a detailed overview of how organisations can use Lean Six Sigma to simultaneously improve quality and reduce costs.  

In a classroom environment, experienced SGS Lean Six Sigma professionals develop ideas around an interactive simulation, using the methodology to deliver a minimum 25 times performance improvement.

By the end of the three-day course, you will:

• Understand how Lean Six Sigma complements and improves upon other approaches to quality improvement and quality management, namely upon the ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949:2002 standards. Specifically, we will show you in a detail how Lean Six Sigma helps to improve the quality of products and services.

• Understand how to develop a strategy for deploying Lean Six Sigma within your organisation.
• Know how to plan and sponsor Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.
