Now that you have got your system in place, how do you get the best from it?

Why not have an SGS mentor visit your organisation to develop ISO 9000 potential for business development and improvements. Your mentor will conduct a performance review and gap analysis covering:

• the effectiveness of your QMS
• process performance and KPIs
• competence awareness and training
• product performance or service provision
• continual improvement processes

The aim of this performance review is to highlight problem areas and offer a range of practical solutions. You can implement the solutions and attach KPIs to them to measure improvements. SGS will be available to help in implementing these solutions and monitoring progress.
