Aims
This course has been designed with the intention of:

• developing an understanding of Quality in the context of ISO 9001:2000
• assisting in the identification of actions that managers need to take to implement and gain certification to ISO 9001:2000
• providing a workshop to identify actions needed to implement processes to meet the standard

Profile
This interactive course is designed to help participants identify the issues needed to implement ISO 9001:2000. It is expected that participants will use these actions to facilitate implementation after the course.
