Managers Green Belt

A six day foundation course for improvement managers
that builds the skills necessary to manage Lean Six Sigma
resources and sponsor projects.

Overview
This course prepares managers for the challenges of leading Lean Six Sigma improvement
activity on a day to day basis. It provides participants with the technical knowledge
to understand project delivery and the leadership behaviours required to sponsor
projects.

Who should attend
Managers involved in leading business improvement activity who are not required to
progress to full Green Belt or Black Belt roles or have limited schedules for training.

Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for this course.
This course is 6 days in duration and is split over 2 sessions which are as follows (In order to achieve success all sessions must be attended)
