Integrated Management Systems Implementation

Aims
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• develop and implement systems which comply with two or more internationally recognised standards specifically for their organisation
• broaden their knowledge of management systems standards in order to integrate systems that provide effective and efficient use of limited human, technical and financial resources

Profile
This flexible programme can be built around a number of recognised management system standards.  Modules are selected and matched together to provide in-company courses ranging in length from two to five days.  

Available modules include:

• ISO 9001, ISO 9004 and Business Excellence
• ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems Standards)
• OHSAS 18001 (Safety Management Systems)
• SA 8000 (Social Accountability)
• BS 7799 (Information Security)
• Hygiene Management and HACCP Systems
• the principles and benefits of system integration delivering continual improvement

For effective system integration, participants should be directly involved in the development of systems at a management level and ideally possess a working knowledge of at least one recognised standard.
