Environmental Aspects Review

Aims
Participants will develop the skills necessary to initiate the development of an environmental management system based on the requirements of ISO 14001 including:

• the different techniques used to systematically identify the environmental aspects and impacts of an organisation
• development and use of evaluation techniques to determine the significance of an organisation’s environmental aspects
• prioritising the issues for management

Profile
A task-based course allowing participants to develop their understanding of aspects and impacts. Exercises are used to allow the evaluation of techniques based on the key principles of review, aspects identification and environmental risk assessment.
