A four day workshop for senior managers that prepares them for the demands of setting up and running a business improvement programme.

Overview
The successful execution of a business improvement strategy is dependant upon strong and knowledgeable leadership. This workshop provides delegates with the knowledge and skills required to plan and lead a Lean Six Sigma deployment. It introduces a roadmap for deployment that candidates will use to directly support their role as programme champion. In addition it will address some of the steps and behaviours necessary to build a successful business improvement programme.
