A twenty day programme that develops full-time Business Improvement expertise.

Overview
This course provides improvement practitioners with the necessary tools and techniques to lead and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects and coach green belt resources. It provides hands on project experience and develops advanced technical knowledge to provide both quantitative and qualitative analysis. The unique blend of theory and practical application provides candidates with the skills and confidence necessary to deliver projects and develop their coaching skills. Training is both practical and interactive, and provides a real opportunity to deliver quick wins. This is achieved through the delivery of a live business projects which should be identified prior to the commencement of training. A period of approximately one month is left between classroom sessions to allow delegates the opportunity to progress their projects.

Who should attend
All staff expected to lead complex improvement projects where there is a need for detailed statistical analysis and/or a requirement for additional leadership skills.

Prerequisites
To fully benefit from the development program it is essential that delegates have a project identified and scoped. Delegates must also have access to a laptop computer with Minitab v14,Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint installed.

This course is 20 days in duration and is split over 4 sessions which are as follows (In order to achieve success all sessions must be attended)
