The key to sustainable improvement is to build capacity in the factories themselves. SGS offers a range of training for suppliers ranging from briefing sessions to explain client requirements to training on specific issues for management and supervisory levels. In addition, SGS partners with NGOs and other interest groups to arrange training for workers on labour rights and other issues. These services are tailored to individual clients’ requirement and more information is available on request. |
