More organisations are looking at sustainable ways of working with their suppliers on quality improvement programs / continuous improvement management techniques. SGS has developed a process to go beyond the traditional audit of improvement programs.
View Continuous Improvement Process
Continuous Improvement Management / Monitoring is based on the principles of:
Recognition ► Audit + Pre-assessment Evaluation ► Audit results & definition of CAPs Optimization ► Continuous improvement monitoring

Working on the evaluation and optimization elements, SGS works with individual facilities to develop corrective action plans and monitor progress against agreed time scales, providing regular updates to interested principals.
Once the facility meets the pre-agreed requirements, the process can continue to run with new targets and constantly develop goals.
