Working on the evaluation and optimization elements, SGS works with individual facilities to develop corrective action plans and monitor progress against agreed time scales, providing regular updates to interested principals.

Once the facility meets the pre-agreed requirements, the process can continue to run with new targets and constantly develop goals.
