Recruitment Process

SGS manages its recruitment process electronically using an online recruitment tool, MrTed. Your application and all future correspondence will take place by email. In order to ensure we can process your application quickly and accurately you will be asked to complete; a profile questionnaire, a personal information form and an equal opportunities monitoring form.

You will also be asked to agree to our Data Privacy Statement and Terms of Access, and asked to attach a covering letter and CV (or complete an application form - essential if applying for a role in Northern Ireland).

Please be aware all of your information submitted will be held securely and in compliance with current Data Protection legislation.

Your Application

Your application will be reviewed by the relevant manager and a member of the Human Resources team, to initially assess your suitability for a role with SGS. If successful at this stage you will be contacted to attend an interview and/or assessment event.

The system allows SGS to keep your application for 12 months, which gives you the added benefit of being considered for any suitable vacancies which may arise in this period.

If there are no current vacancies to suit your skills and expertise please send your details speculatively. We are particularly keen to hear from Chemists, Inspectors and Metering Technicians.
